Came to fix faulty boiler :" Our boiler stopped working on the day that there was 6 inches of snow outside, all over the country! I phoned at about 10 am and spoke to a very friendly person who arranged for someone to come out to investigate around lunch time same day. The man who came was friendly and through. He managed to fix the problem in about 20 minutes, then stayed for a bit longer to check all was well, I was very impressed that they could come on the same day, actually 15 minutes earlier than they said. British Gas said the earliest they can come was 5 days later."
